Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone jest stanowi pewnej nierównowagi w systemie prawa o niewypłacalności. Z jednej strony, obowiązuje dogmat priorytetu restrukturyzacji nad upadłością w przypadku niewypłacalności dłużnika. Z drugiej strony, stan prawny adresowany do reprezentanta dłużnika w istocie rzeczy demotywuje go do wyboru ścieżki restrukturyzacyjnej. Tässä tutkielmassa tarkastelen ura-ankkureiden ja -roolien vaikutusta uratyytyväisyyteen suomalaisessa asiantuntijaorganisaatiossa. Tutkimuksen kohteena on suomalainen julkinen organisaatio, joka edustaa oman alansa huippuosaamista Suomessa. Tutkimuksen kohteena oleva organisaatio ei halua nimeään julki tässä tutkielmassa, joten siitä käytetään tässä keksittyä nimeä Organisaatio Oiva tai Oiva. Tutkimuskysymykseni on kuinka esimiehen ja asiantuntijan ura-ankkurit sekä -roolit vaikuttavat asiantuntijaorganisaatiossa työskentelevän esimiehen uratyytyväisyyteen.
