The ECHR Condemns Prison Overcrowding in Italy: The Total Reorganization of the Institution and the Social Reintegration of the Prisoner

The contribution analyses the current Italian prison system, which has been called upon on to resolve its structural problems. The Council of Europe, in fact, in 2013 condemned Italy for inhuman treatment in its prisons. The principal accusation concerns the problem of overcrowding. The country has responded with solutions such as the application of the open system, which provides cells solely for overnight stays, and dynamic monitoring, an effective system for ensuring order in the institutions. A large array of evaluation methods have been propo sed to identify Website usability problems. In log-based evaluation, inform ation about the performance of users is collected and stored into log files, and used to find problems and deficiencies in Web page designs. With five formal categories of leadership training programmes in the decentralized Finnish educational system, little is known about the leadership practices of graduates. Diplomdarba mērķis ir noskaidrot kā ledlauži mācību stundas ierosināšanas fāzē ietekmē 5. klases skolēnu emocionālo klimatu. Šajā diplomdarbā tika apskatīti 6 ledlauži, kas tika pielietoti Baldones skolas 5. klases mācību stundās, lai noskaidrotu, kā šie ledlauži ietekmē klases emocionālo klimatu. Pētījumā piedalījās Baldones skolas 5. klases 28 skolēni un 10 skolotāji. Kā pētījuma metodes tika izmantota novērošana (pētījumam saistībā ar skolēniem) un anketēšana (skolotājiem). Pētījuma norises laiks bija no 22. marta līdz 8. maijam. This paper provides an overview of the GraphoGame method. Both theoretical and methodological aspects related to the method are presented.
