Toward a socio-cognitive approach of spatial data co-production

2010

The abilities of territorial communities to understand and control their development in a sustainable and equitable way, depend on territorial information sharing. In this context, the paper intends to understand and analyse the issues of spatial data co-production process. It provides understanding and operation elements so that spatial data sharing can progressively evolve into geomatics learning networks, also termed "communities of practice". This communities of practice offer, in our view, one of the most important component of Territorial Intelligence

Close-Range Photogrammetric Tools for Epigraphic Surveys

2016

In this article, we present a method to carry out a computerized epigraphic survey of historic stones and their engraved epigraphy. In fact, the preservation of archaeological objects has always been an issue of concern for the research community. On the one hand, the fragility of the objects limits their study. On the other hand, such objects are housed in museums, libraries, and institutions worldwide, locations that significantly limit their accessibility. Different survey methods have been carried out in these attempts to overcome the aforementioned limitations. Among them, the MicMac open source software was used in this work to survey and process the dense correlation of the hieroglyp…

This article aims at understanding the tension between two collective forms attached to the online collaboration ideal: community and multitude. Through the example of collaborative economy platforms, we wish to show that the objective in economical development of…

2012

How to create and / or control a group online, in or outside the boundaries of the organization so that it contributes to economic development of the company? This question functionalist concerns us, as sociologists and researchers in CIS, the hypothetical convergence of marketing and managerial logics in building community online. Fruits of political knowledge management, management of the symbolic and innovation processes in the organization in part, and an effective marketing strategy of intermediation between the user / consumer / innovator and consumer product for another part, the convergent approach and instrumental group online is sure to redefine the contours of the process of soci…

2019

Multi-professional coordination is a strong axis of the reorganization of primary care in France. While this coordination concerns a priori all health professionals, some of them actually are still marginally involved. This article examines the challenges of integrating pharmacists into primary care in France. On the one hand, it is based on an analysis of experiments carried out in other health systems, and on their evaluations. On the other hand, it develops an initial reflection on the levers and obstacles that could explain in France, the poor integration of pharmacists but also on the challenges of a stronger presence of these professionals in the coordination of primary care.
