Partimos del modelo medieval europeo para conocer el sentido original de los grados. Utilizamos, luego, el caso mexicano para seguir los cambios. Factors Constraining Teachers’ Wellbeing and Agency in a Finnish University : Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic forced teachers to undergo a sudden shift toward technology-enhanced teaching and learning, challenging their capacities for change in many ways. This study explores those factors constraining teachers’ wellbeing and agency that influenced their capacities as teachers in a Finnish university during the first year of the pandemic. Two sets of data were collected, with an online survey in the spring (n = 297) and autumn (n = 246) of 2020. At both times, challenges with workload, time management, and interactions with colleagues were found to be the most constraining factors. Objective The aim of this systematic review was to provide an overview of cross-sectional studies that examined health literacy among university students and to identify possible determinants related to health literacy. Method The current review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Three databases (PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science) were systematically searched for cross-sectional studies that examined health literacy among university students. Background: Complex regional pain syndrome is a painful and disabling post-traumatic primary pain disorder. Acute and chronic complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) are major clinical challenges. In Europe, progress is hampered by significant heterogeneity in clinical practice. We sought to establish standards for the diagnosis and management of CRPS. Methods: The European Pain Federation established a pan-European task force of experts in CRPS who followed a four-stage consensus challenge process to produce mandatory quality standards worded as grammatically imperative (must-do) statements. Recruitment is a core instrument in the academic labour market. This article takes the perspective of the organisation − here, the university − on recruitment. Universities’ personnel policies and practises are shifting from legally oriented personnel administration to more strategic human resource management (HRM). In Nordic countries, this shift is partly driven by the changing status of higher education institutions from state-governed bureaus to more autonomous institutions. Jyväskylän tieteellisen kirjaston toiminta keskittyi aluksi kattavan kansallisen kokoelman rakentamiseen. Kirjallisuuttakartutettiin yksityisten ja yhteisöjen merkittävillä kokoelmilla, lahjoituksina saaduilla aineistoharvinaisuuksilla sekä kansalaisten talkootyönä. Vapaakappaleoikeuden myötä vuonna 1919 kirjaston merkitys tunnustettiin ja se saavutti tasa-arvoisen aseman Helsingin yliopiston kirjaston kanssa. Tieteellisen kirjaston perustaminen Jyväskylään oli osa tavoitetta perustaa suomalainen yliopisto suuriruhtinaskunnan pääkaupungin lisäksi myös maantieteellisesti keskeisemmälle paikalle. 1900-luvun alussa keskustelu yliopiston ja kirjaston merkityksestä heijasteli käynnissä olevaa yhteiskunnallista muutosta ja hanke koettiin paikallisuuden lisäksi myös kansallisen sivistystoiminnan kannalta ratkaisevaksi.
