The article is a continuation of the Subject of the September 2021 "The Historical Flag of the University of Latvia", which analyses the failure of the University of Latvia Flag Foundation during 1990s, based on sources of student fraternity/sorority history in the collection of the Museum of the University of Latvia and previous research. It concludes that the reason for the non-realisation of the University of Latvia Flag Foundation was the severance of the historical links of Latvian student academical life organisations with the University of Latvia due to the occupation of the USSR for about 50 years.

S'ha creat una nova alternativa al programa ERASMUS que bé podem anomenar "internationalization at home". En el grau d'Enginyeria Química de la Universitat de Cantabria es proposa un nou programa Chemical Engineering European Project Semester (CE-EPS). It is seen as a fundamental lever for the IUFMs to achieve the tasks and goals entrusted to them: training teachers who need to accomodate the new demands of their profession. In the present contribution to the History of Translation we consider critically the emergence and integration of Translation Studies as an academic discipline and the role of both Translation History and Translation Historiography. An analysis of what this discipline was before its acceptance into academia and proposals for what its role should be within a humanistic oriented curriculum for future professionals derives from the reception, clearly unsatisfactory, of its status as academic knowledge.
