Bygging av leiligheter har økt de siste årene, og utgjør i dag 21,9 % av det totale boligmarkedet. Spesielt i større byer har det vært mye bygging av leiligheter. Predicting women purchase intention for green food products in Indonesia

Masteroppgave i økonomi og administrasjon - Universitetet i Agder 2009 This study investigated the applicability of the Theory of Planned Behavior in predicting women consumers on their intention towards purchasing green food products among 406 participants. Using linear regression, five independent variables had been examined: attitude towards green food products, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and perceived difficulty in predicting purchase intention. The results reveal further evidence of consistency between Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control and Perceived Difficulty as presented in Theory of Planned Behavior. Empty Urbanism: the bursting of the Spanish housing bubble

The depth of the Spanish housing crisis manifests itself in the collapse of construction activity and in the amount of housing and land stocks. The geography of the crisis shows its widespread nature, and the intensity of the previous bubble explains spatial differences. Resulting from this collapse are some problematic areas of 'empty urbanism'. An enormous land bubble, emerging from the peculiar Spanish urban development model, was a key factor in the impacts - caused by the crisis - on the territory and land-use plans. The crisis has demonstrated the unsustainability of this and the urgency of change in the existing land-use plans.

El artículo analiza los desplazamientos y desposesiones simbólico-materiales de movimientos urbanos posicionados frente a la ciudad neoliberal. A partir de un estudio etnográfico en el barrio del Cabanyal (Valencia), se abordan las políticas urbanas y las movilizaciones vecinales en una gentrificación inacabada. El análisis muestra, en primer lugar, cómo el desplazamiento de la vecindad-activista y la desposesión de sus espacios colectivos no acarrea su desaparición, sino su transformación.
