Selection and characterization of adsorbents for the analysis of an explosive-related molecule traces in the air

International audience; This study is focused on the development of a 3D micro-preconcentrator for a sensitive analysis of an explosive-related compound: orthonitrotoluene (ONT). A set of potentially efficient adsorbents for the pre-concentration of ONT was investigated here. An in-depth characterization of their textural properties was carried out in order to better understand their adsorption behavior toward the target analyte. The Transfer Function of Non-Stationary Indoor Channels and its Relationship to System Functions of LFMCW Radars

This paper studies the relationship between the time-variant (TV) channel transfer function (CTF) of non-stationary indoor channels and the system functions of linear frequency modulated continuous waves (LFMCW) radars. To do so, we consider a moving person/object in indoor environments, which is modelled by a cluster of moving point scatterers. It is shown that the TVCTF can be obtained from the beat signal of LFMCW radar systems. Analytical expressions are derived for the TV demodulated radar response, the complex channel gain, and the TV Doppler-delay profile. In this article we will analyse, from a transnational history point of view, the presence of American anarchism in the Galician libertarian press until 1936. In the 19th and 20h centuries, the transatlantic migrations contributed to develop a dense network of contacts and relationships between Galicia and American countries. This network involves anarchist militants on both sides of the Ocean. According to the magnetospheric accretion scenario, young low-mass stars are surrounded by circumstellar disks which they interact with through accretion of mass. The accretion builds up the star to its final mass and is also believed to power the mass outflows, which may in turn have a significant role in removing the excess angular momentum from the star-disk system. The Italian Constitutional Court has been asked to decide on a constitutional incidental question referred to it by the Antitrust Authority. Rejecting the thesis of a quasi-judicial nature of the functions exercised by the Agcm and denying the existence of "gray areas" of constitutional justice, the the judgment no.13/2019 takes a position on the institutional placement of the Authorities within the administration. This, in addition to offering elements for reflections on the constitutional model of reference, requires important legal repercussions in terms of the effectiveness of the constitutional protection of connsidered interests.
