Even though banks are playing the role of financial intermediaries, their main objective is to obtain profit. The most commonly used indicator of the profitability assessment, according to the shareholder vision is represented by the return on equity. This study has focused on achieving a factor analysis on financial profitability obtained by the top three commercial banks by using the Du Pont. The author shows the development of a structure, derived from the processing and integration of Ground Cadastre, where all soil characteristics are described. The soil is considered as divided according to the updated concept of cadastral parcel (soil and topographic uniformity of ownership and municipality). Dans cet article, nous nous intéressons à la nature des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) mobilisées par les enseignants universitaires pour enseigner et aux facteurs explicatifs de cette utilisation. Nous procédons d’abord à un éclairage théorique notamment concernant les concepts de «TIC» et d’«utilisation». Satellite technology has become increasingly affordable and accessible in the past few decades. This has enabled many newsrooms to engage with genuinely remote journalism. This chapter explores the networked nature of satellite journalism and investigates its inclusion of experts and citizens outside newsrooms. Satellite journalism uses satellite-borne technology either as a (1) part of storytelling or (2) source of information. Academic research on the topic is scarce, so this chapter builds a base of knowledge on the contemporary practices, limitations and ethics—as well as directions of future development—of satellite journalism.
