Euroopan Unioni on asettanut Suomelle tavoitteeksi tuottaa 38 % energian loppukulutuksesta uusiutuvilla energiantuotantolähteillä vuonna 2020. Tuulivoima on Suomessa varsin uusi energiantuotantomuoto, minkä vuoksi tuulivoimahankkeiden YVA-menettelyjen (ympäristövaikutusten arviointimenettely) toteuttamistavat vaihtelevat paljon hankkeiden välillä. Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, miten maatuulivoimaloiden ympäristövaikutuksia on Suomessa arvioitu. Tässä artikkelissa tarkastellaan työelämän ja koulutuksen ulkopuolella olevien nuorten aikuisten näkemyksiä ryhmämuotoisuuden mahdollisuuksista kuntoutuksessa. Tutkimuksen aineisto koostuu sosiaalista ja ammatillista kuntoutusta yhdistävään kuntoutusryhmään osallistuneiden nuorten aikuisten kolmesta ryhmä- ja kolmesta yksilöhaastattelusta (yhteensä 16 haastateltavaa). Lähtökohdan ryhmämuotoisuuteen liittyvien mahdollisuuksien tarkasteluun muodostavat sosiaalisia ryhmiä ia identiteettiä valottavat näkökulmat. Background The World Health Organization (WHO) has developed guidelines for 24-h physical activity (PA), sedentary behaviour and sleep for young children. Lower socioeconomic status (SES) has been linked to a lower likelihood of meeting these guidelines. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) raised concerns about young children’s opportunities to meet the guidelines. This study explores young children’s possibilities for influence in situations of child–educator disagreement in Finnish early childhood education and care (ECEC). Data were gathered from observations conducted in four ECEC groups of under three year-olds. A total of 112 child–educator disagreements were analysed qualitatively using reflexive thematic analysis. Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan, kuinka pienten lasten osallisuus toteutuu vuorohoidon iltojen vuorovaikutustilanteissa ja millaisia haasteita tähän liittyy. Aineisto kerättiin havainnoimalla 20–36 kk ikäisten lasten iltoja kahdessa erilaisessa vuoropäiväkodissa. Temaattisen analyysin perustana toimivat Lundyn (2007) kuvaamat, Yhdistyneiden Kansakuntien (YK) lapsen oikeuksien sopimuksen artiklaan 12 pohjautuvat lasten osallisuuden edellytykset. Young women’s contradictory expectations and their perceived capabilities for future work-family reconciliation in Finland

This paper explores young women’s expectations on future work-family reconciliation in Finland, a Nordic country well-known for the promotion of gender equality. Utilising Sen’s capabilities approach, we content-analysed thirty individual interviews to identify differences in women’s expectations and their perceived capabilities in future work and care. The results showed that irrespective of their labour market status and educational attainment, the women’s expectations were contradictory, reflecting a current Finnish gender culture that embraces both the ideal of shared parenthood and the primacy of maternal care.
