Tämän tutkimuksen lähtökohtana on tilanne, jossa naisten yrittäjyysaktiivisuus on alhaisempaa kuin miesten. Asia on Suomessa tiedostettu ja erilaisten naisyrittäjyyttä edistävien hankkeiden ja toimenpide-ehdotusten avulla naisten kiinnostusta yrittäjyyteen on yritetty lisätä. Kasvu on kuitenkin hidasta, siitäkin huolimatta, että naiset ovat miehiä koulutetumpia. Suomessa naisyrittäjien osuus on noin kolmannes kaikista yrittäjistä, mutta toisaalta Euroopan mittakaavassa Suomen naisyrittäjien osuus on kärkisijoilla. Pro gradu -työssäni tutkin 2010-luvun kotimaista sotakuvausta kolmen uuden sukupolven naiskirjoittajan sota-aiheisissa teoksissa. Tutkimuskohteenani ovat Katja Ketun romaani Kätilö (2011), Heidi Köngäksen romaani Dora, Dora (2012) sekä Paula Vesalan sanoitukset Kiestinki-albumille (2011). Tutkimukseni on sekä temaattista että kontekstuaalista: Teoksista nousevien teemojen ja näkökulmien analysoinnin lisäksi selvitän, kuinka nämä sotakuvaukset uudistavat sotatulkintoja verrattuna suomalaisen sotakirjallisuustradition valtavirtaan ja historiakäsitykseen. Understanding the magnetic response of electrons in nanoclusters is essential to interpret their NMR spectra thereby providing guidelines for their synthesis towards various target applications. Here, we consider two copper hydride clusters that have applications in hydrogen storage and release under standard temperature and pressure. Through Born–Oppenheimer molecular dynamics simulations, we study dynamics effects and their contributions to the NMR peaks. Finally, we examine the electrons’ magnetic response to an applied external magnetic field using the gauge-including magnetically induced currents theory. The soil nematode community plays an important role in ecosystem services. The objective of this study was to assess the effect of Super-high density (SHD) olive orchards on the nematode community in five sites with different soils, climates, and cultivars. At each site, the SHD management system was compared to the adjacent olive orchard traditional (TRAD) system, in which the same soil management and phytosanitary measures were applied.
