Quantifying within- and between-individual variation in animal migration strategies is a first step towards our understanding of the ability of migrants to adjust to changes in the en - vironment. We studied consistency (or, conversely, flexibility) in movement patterns at large (>1000 km) to meso-scales (100−1000 km) during the non-breeding season of the long-tailed skua Stercorarius longicaudus, a long-distance migratory Arctic seabird, using light-based geolocation. We obtained 97 annual tracks of 38 individuals and quantified similarity between routes. Darba izstrādes laikā veikta parastās egles (picae abies) skuju biogēno elementu satura noteikšana un analizēšana pirms un pēc mēslošanas ar koksnes pelniem, kā arī augsnes un pelnu biogēno elementu satura noteikšana un analizēšana pirms mēslošanas.Pelnu mēslošanas izmēģinājumi ierīkoti 2014. gadā četrās vidēja vecuma parastās egles audzēs. Audzes pēc meža tipiem iedalāmas platlapju kūdrenī un damaksnī. Ievāktas pēdējā gada, jeb jaunākas koka skujas. Skujas ievāktas 2014., 2015. un 2018. gadā. RESUMEN En la presente tesis doctoral se investigan cuatro especies de currucas mediterráneas, la curruca capirotada (Sylvia atricapilla), curruca carrasqueña (S. cantillans), curruca cabecinegra (S. melanocephala) y curruca rabilarga (S. undata); concretamente se estudió su ecología en ambientes naturales y agrícolas del este de la Península Ibérica. Este trabajo aborda el análisis de los discursos de jóvenes que han tenido dificultades en su itinerario educativo y que han participado en 'itinerarios de segunda oportunidad'. A partir de entrevistas a jóvenes, pretendemos aproximarnos a los argumentos desde los que dan sentido a sus itinerarios académicos y a las decisiones a las que se han enfrentado. Estos argumentos muestran fuertes implicaciones de la posición social de los actores, y están influidos por agentes de la institución educativa y familiar. The present report describes a case of COVID-19 presenting with acute mesenteric ischemia (AMI) and subsequent acute limb ischemia (ALI). Presentation of case An 84-years old hospitalized female patient presenting diabetes and recent COVID-19 reported acute onset of abdominal pain and typical findings of AMI. It is a conflict reflected in art history, and on the present occasion, through the iconographic types of Cain killing Abel as well as Tur murdering Iraj. The roots of these myths are deeply embedded in two highly relevant written sources, the Bible and the Shahnameh or The Book of Kings . The latter was written by the great Iranian poet Ferdowsi.
