Abstract During the 40-year photographic period of astronomical observations, the Baldone Astrophysical Observatory has accumulated more than 22,000 direct and 2,500 spectral images. In 2018, the digitization of direct astrophoto images with a resolution of 1200 dpi was completed. A processing methodology for obtaining the equatorial coordinates and photometric characteristics of the objects recorded in digitized astronegatives using the LINUX/MIDAS/ROMAFOT environment has been developed at the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. L’articolo affronta la questione del riparto di giurisdizione tra ordinamento statale e ordinamento sportivo, come normato nella L. n. 280/2003, alla luce del recente intervento legislativo in materia attuato con la Legge di Stabilità 2019 e della sentenza del Tar Lazio, sez. I ter, 27 marzo 2019, n. 2140. Legislatore e giustizia amministrativa appaiono muoversi sul solco dell’affermazione di una visione ispirata al sovranismo che, ancora una volta, pone in crisi il principio di autonomia dell’ordinamento sportivo, pervenendo ad una lettura a dir poco singolare delle materie ricadenti nella c.d. giustizia tecnica, riservata alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei giudici sportivi.
