8 pages; International audience; In a sandy agricultural soil of south-west of France, continuously cultivated with maize and amended with sewage-sludge over 20 years, the behavior of three trace metals (Cu, Pb, and Zn) was studied during the sludge applications (1974-1993) and after its cessation (1993-1998). Using the delta13C analysis, the dynamics of different sources of organic matter were followed in order to elucidate the influence of the sludge-derived organic matter on the fate of trace metals in the soil and its particle size fractions. The discipline of restoration has long established a cultural background on the subject of historic cities as a heritage area to be safeguarded, beginning with the Amsterdam Declaration (1975), which introduced the fundamental concept of «integrated conservation». The purpose of this contribution is to emphasize the importance of raising an awareness and care for heritage as a community identity card and not just a reason for tourist offer. The territory and cultural heritage thus become a pedagogical challenge in defining a model of heritage enjoyment, for the promotion of local contexts and in the constitution of learning communities in which restoration likewise participates.

El presente artículo pretende ofrecer un análisis acerca de las referencias a la educación en valores presentes en la legislación educativa española desde que la reforma de la década de los noventa, la conocida LOGSE entró en vigor. Ofrece un breve repaso de las reformas legales posteriores a la LOGSE, en cuanto a sus indicaciones sobre el proceso educativo como un proceso educativo global, centrado más en educar y formar ciudadanos críticos que ciudadanos en posesión de simples contenidos conceptuales.
