Du CAP et de ses usages (1959-1992)

Longtemps considéré comme le certificat de l'excellence ouvrière, le certificat d'aptitudes professionnelles a connu une impressionnante diminution d'effectifs en formation initiale ces dernières années. Le constat et la problèmatique développés par Lucie Tanguy dans son rapport "Quelles formations pour les ouvriers et les employés en France ?" nous ont amenés à tenter d'identifier le sens de la formation conduisant au CAP entre 1959 et 1992. Les causes de la dévalorisation de ce diplôme tant scolaires qu'économiques et sociales sont inventoriées. Des perspectives d'évolution sont tracées. Une analyse partielle des conditions de la réussite de cette évolution est proposée.

Windrow composting of source separated kitchen biowastes in Finland

All households in the City of Jyväskylä have been required to source-separate their wastes since June 1996. The accumulation of kitchen biowaste was about 60 kg per resident in 1997, with an efficiency of more than 75%. The residents of almost 50% of the detached houses in the city opted for small-scale composting. Ensuing kitchen biowaste was surprisingly pure: the estimated content of non-compostable material was less than 0.1 % by weight. The biowastes were composted at the Mustankorkea waste station in open windrows. Il saggio “L’ex convento carcere di San Vito di Agrigento. Studi sulle trasformazioni e proposte per la sua conservazione” indaga l’antico convento dei frati Minori di Agrigento, trasformato nel sec. XIX in carcere di Agrigento. Il convento, costruito fuori le mura della città, era costituito dalla chiesa, dal chiostro e dal convento con le celle e gli spazi comuni dei frati. La nuova destinazione a carcere, con i lavori effettuati tra la metà del sec. XIX, primi e metà del sec. XX, ha in parte distrutto e occultato il convento medievale.
