This research instrument was developed for a study on the uncertainty experienced by language raters and the impact of uncertainty on the quality of assessment in the official language examination, the National Certificates of Language Proficiency. The instrument consists of three online questionnaires using Webropol software and a note-taking sheet using Excel spreadsheet software. The survey focused on the assessment of speaking and writing in the intermediate-level Finnish language examination. The questions in the survey include both closed and open questions. The aim of research is to evaluate the level of e-service provision in digital collections created by memory institutions (libraries and archives) of Latvia. The problem under study is as follows: digital collections have insufficient usability due to lack of appropriate e-services. The empirical basis for research is e-services of digital collections created by national and regional level libraries, as well as the National Archives of Latvia. Resume L’alteration de la cognition sociale associee a la schizophrenie, dont fait partie la perception des emotions faciales, a fait l’objet d’une recente meta-analyse qui a revele son impact majeur sur l’insertion sociale et professionnelle. Or l’utilisation de programmes de remediation cognitive portant sur le traitement des emotions faciales est freinee par un manque d’outil permettant d’identifier et de quantifier les troubles pour un sujet donne.
