đ $\mathcal {D}$ -Deformed Harmonic Oscillators

We analyze systematically several deformations arising from two-dimensional harmonic oscillators which can be described in terms of $\cal{D}$-pseudo bosons. They all give rise to exactly solvable models, described by non self-adjoint hamiltonians whose eigenvalues and eigenvectors can be found adopting the quite general framework of the so-called $\cal{D}$-pseudo bosons. In particular, we show that several models previously introduced in the literature perfectly fit into this scheme.

Newtonian limit of L-Rigidity is obtained. In this formalism, L-Rigidity is reduced to steady Newtonian rigid motions in a Newtonian frame of reference in which the observer is at rest.

We develop an alternative construction of bound states based on matching the Riccati threshold and asymptotic expansions via their two-point Pad\'e interpolation. As a form of quantization it gives highly accurate eigenvalues and eigenfunctions.
Computing the nucleon Dirac radius directly at $Q^2=0$

We describe a lattice approach for directly computing momentum derivatives of nucleon matrix elements using the Rome method, which we apply to obtain the isovector magnetic moment and Dirac radius. We present preliminary results calculated at the physical pion mass using a 2HEX-smeared Wilson-clover action. For removing the effects of excited-state contamination, the calculations were done at three source-sink separations and the summation method was used.
The New X-Ray Pulsar J1802.7-2017 Observed by BeppoSAX

We report on the serendipitous discovery of a new X-ray source, SAX J1802.7-2017, ~ 22' away from the bright X-ray source GX 9+l, during a BeppoSAX observation of the latter source on 2001 September 16-20.The source was outside the FOV of the BeppoSAX/ LECS. We have verified its presence in both the MECS2 and MECS3 images, which probably excludes that this was a ghost image of a source outside the MECS FOV. Moreover, we can be sure that the source was within the PDS FOV. because the source X-ray pulsations were detected also in the PDS data (see below). We searched for known X-ray sources in a circular region of 30' centered at GX 9+1 in the SIMBAD data base. We found no known sources with âŚ
Dynamic Analysis for Axially Moving Viscoelastic PoyntingâThomson Beams

This paper is concerned with dynamic characteristics of axially moving beams with the standard linear solid type material viscoelasticity. We consider the PoyntingâThomson version of the standard linear solid model and present the dynamic equations for the axially moving viscoelastic beam assuming that out-of-plane displacements are small. Characteristic behaviour of the beam is investigated by a classical dynamic analysis, i.e., we find the eigenvalues with respect to the beam velocity. With the help of this analysis, we determine the type of instability and detect how the behaviour of the beam changes from stable to unstable.
Effective axial-vector strength within proton-neutron deformed quasiparticle random-phase approximation

We use the available experimental Gamow-Teller βâ and β+/EC (electron-capture) decay rates between 0+ and 1+ ground states in neighboring even-even and odd-odd nuclei, combined with 2νββ half-lives, to analyze the influence of the nuclear environment on the weak axial-vector strength gA. For this purpose, the proton-neutron deformed quasiparticle random-phase approximation (pn-dQRPA), with schematic dipole residual interaction is employed. The Hamiltonian contains particle-hole (ph) and particle-particle (pp) channels with mass-dependent strengths. Symmetric-group approach to the study of the traces ofp-order reduced-density operators and of products of these operators

In this work we give the values of traces of p-order reduced-density operators. These traces are obtained by application of the spin functions and of the symmetric-group properties. The relations obtained here will allow an easy and fast evaluation of the high-order spin-adapted reduced Hamiltonian matrix elements and high-order Hamiltonian moments.
Dimension of the isometry group in three-dimensional Riemannian spaces

The necessary and sufficient conditions for a three-dimensional Riemannian metric to admit a group of isometries of dimension $r$ acting on s-dimensional orbits are obtained. These conditions are Intrinsic, Deductive, Explicit and ALgorithmic and they offer an IDEAL labeling that improves previously known invariant studies.
Some spectral properties for operators acting on Rigged Hilbert spaces

Operators on Rigged Hilbert spaces have been considered from the 80s of the 20th century on as good ones for describing several physical models whose observable set didnât turn out to be a Câ-algebra.A notion of resolvent set for an operator acting in a rigged Hilbert space \(\mathcal{D}\subset \mathcal{H}\subset \mathcal{D}^{\times }\) is proposed. This set depends on a family of intermediate locally convex spaces living between \(\mathcal{D}\) and \(\mathcal{D}^{\times }\), called interspaces. Some properties of the resolvent set and of the corresponding multivalued resolvent function are derived and some examples are discussed.
