Ex post-facto study of long-term stress in a sample of adoptees

In this work we study the impact of relinquishment and the adoption process in posttraumatic symptoms and stressful life events in a group of 55 adults that were adopted as children after the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939). The effects of institutionalization, maltreatment and traumatic revelation of the adopted status have also been studied. No significant differences were found between institutionalized and non-institutionalized adoptees in posttraumatic symptomatology and stressful life events frequency. Darbā elektrona nelineārās teorijas attīstīšanas ietvaros tika pētīts Diraka-Maksvela vienādojumu sistēmas speciālgadījums - Diraka-Puasona vienādojumu sistēma. Izmantojot Matlab programmatūru, tika veikti skaitliskie aprēķini dažādiem vienādojumu sistēmas moduļiem ar mērķi iegūt informāciju par lādiņa sadalījumu elektronā. Balstoties uz Kleina paradoksa parādību, kuras koncepcija pieļauj, ka brīvam elektronam ar pietiekoši lielu atgrūšanas potenciālu ir iespējams atrasties pozitīvās enerģijas saistītajos stāvokļos, darbā tika veikti aprēķini diviem galvenajiem gadījumiem: definējot sākuma nosacījumus nulles un bezgalības apgabalā. Two analysis errors have been identified that affect the results for a handful of the high-value pulsars given in Table 1 of Abbott et al. (2019). One affects the Bayesian analysis for the five pulsars that glitched during the analysis period, and the other affects the 5n-vector analysis for J0711-6830. Updated results after correcting the errors are shown in Table 1, which now supersedes the results given for those pulsars in Table 1 of Abbott et al. (2019). In this article a question is raised if it is possible for Christians to recognize Muhammad as an authentic prophet. From the point of view of religious studies Muhammad is obviously a prophet and Islam is a prophetic religion. Still, in the light of Christian theology that in Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God, sees the fulfiment of the Old Testament prophecies, recognizing Muhammad as a prophet is highly problematic. Granting Muhammad the prophet status would mean the recognition of the Koran as the authentic Word of God.
