Although in IS literature the requirements and process of systems upgrade have been discussed, the timing when to upgrade and what factors guide it has been of lesser interest. Tämän pro gradu -tutkielman tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa peruskouluikäisten sijoitettujen lasten ja nuorten koulunkäynnin tukemiseksi toteutetut interventiotutkimukset. Tavoitteena oli koota yhteenveto aiheelle relevantista kansain-välisestä tutkimuksesta, jotta esimerkiksi kasvatusalan ammattilaiset voisivat soveltaa tutkimuksesta saatuja tuloksia omaan käytännön työhönsä ja näin tu-kea sijoitettujen lasten ja nuoren koulunkäyntiä mahdollisimman tehokkaasti. SUMMARY In a previous study it was shown that La/SSB contains four linear epitopes, p147–154, p291–302, p301–318 and p349–364. The aim of the present study was to investigate the value of the synthetic epitope analogues of the La/SSB autoantigen for the detection of antibodies to La/SSB, in comparison with recombinant La and fragments of this protein. Recent studies suggest that exercise alters the gut microbiome. We determined whether six-weeks endurance exercise, without changing diet, affected the gut metagenome and systemic metabolites of overweight women. Previously sedentary overweight women (n = 19) underwent a six-weeks endurance exercise intervention, but two were excluded due to antibiotic therapy. The gut microbiota composition and functions were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing and metagenomics. Body composition was analyzed with DXA X-ray densitometer and serum metabolomics with NMR metabolomics. Tutkimukset osoittavat, että pitkittyneet koulupoissaolot aiheuttavat ongelmia nuorille, vanhemmille, kouluille ja koko yhteiskunnalle. Koulupoissaolotyyppien avulla voidaan tunnistaa nuoresta, huoltajasta ja koulusta johtuva poissaolo. Koulupoissaolojen taustalla voi olla jopa 60 eri syytekijää, joita on tärkeä oppia tunnistamaan. Kolmitasoisen tuen mallia voidaan käyttää apuna koulupoissaoloihin puuttumisessa. Unifying Concepts for Ion-Induced Leakage Current Degradation in Silicon Carbide Schottky Power Diodes

The onset of ion-induced reverse leakage current in SiC Schottky diodes is shown to depend on material properties, ion LET, and bias during irradiation, but not the voltage rating of the parts. This is demonstrated experimentally for devices from multiple manufacturers with voltage ratings from 600 V to 1700 V. Using a device with a higher breakdown voltage than required in the application does not provide increased robustness related to leakage current degradation, compared to using a device with a lower voltage rating. peerReviewed

Tilaussävellys oli osa valtakunnallista Säveltäjä musiikkioppilaitoksessa -hanketta, johon Lapin musiikkiopisto osallistui valitsemalla kotisäveltäjäkseen yhden lukuvuoden ajaksi säveltäjä Sanna Ahvenjärven.
