This paper presents the main results of the research work that promoted the design and implementation of training and guidance played in the territory of Palermo during the school years 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 in three secondary schools, with operating procedures, capable of promoting inclusive paths, based on the involvement of students, teachers and parents. The assumption from which we started is that the problems of dispersion and social marginalization can be addressed not only through direct guidance interventions with young people at risk, but also involving adults of reference because we are convinced that this will have, even at a distance of time a significant impact on students. …

La transazione fiscale, come oggi configurata dall’art. 182 ter della legge fallimentare, può trovare applicazione per i tributi amministrati dalle agenzie fiscali e relativi accessori, ad eccezione di quelli costituenti risorse proprie dell’Unione Europea, nonché per i contributi amministrati dagli enti di previdenza e assistenza obbligatori e relativi accessori. Intento del lavoro è quello di verificare se ed in quali ipotesi l’imprenditore in stato di crisi possa accedere all’istituto della transazione fiscale anche per i tributi dovuti agli enti locali, che non di rado costituiscono una parte ingente del debito fiscale del contribuente.

Transmit power control has been largely proposed as a solution to improve the performance of packet radio systems in terms of increased throughput, spatial reuse and battery lifetime for mobile terminals. However, the benefits of transmit power control schemes on these different performance figures may strongly depend on the employed PHY technology and channel access mechanism. ResumenMuchos mercados dirigidos por órdenes permiten a sus participantes introducir órdenes límite en las que no se revela el tamaño completo de la orden. En este artículo, se describe la utilización de este tipo de órdenes en el mercado español de acciones. Se muestra que una de cada cinco transacciones realizadas en el mercado español implica la detección de volumen oculto. The study highlights the complete image of the characteristics regarding offshore areas, by taking into account the perspective to deploy new measures of fiscal transparency. The importance of such areas stems from the fact that world economies lose important sums of money, every year by default of taxes.
