Nonostante la rigida codificazione che caratterizza il linguaggio giuridico nei suoi diversi generi testuali, in questo ambito si assiste quasi regolarmente a un passaggio del testo dalla scrittura all’oralità. E’ interessante notare, inoltre, che esiste una linea di ricerca finalizzata a rintracciare nel testo scritto il segno dell’oralità che investe la sua attuazione. The existence of suppletion in a Proto-Indo-European language is still a question of debate (García Ramón 2002). While the evidence for such a phenomenon has been widely recognized within the verbal system of most Indo-European languages, some scholars describe it as a recent monoglot development which characterizes the history of each single language without involving a previous common stage. W pierwszej przedstawiam wyniki analiz wypowiedzi przeprowadzonych pod kątem wybranych elementów paralingwalnych mających wpływ na efektywność wypowiedzi (natężenie głosu, ton, tempo mówienia oraz pauzę i frazowanie). W drugiej części przyglądam się treściom kolejnych podstaw programowych (1999, 2002, 2009, 2017) poświęconym zagadnieniom związanych z kształceniem kodu parawerbalnego. The present work has as its subject a noted constitution by Gordiano from 238 a.d. in which is discussed the theme of guarantee from eviction in terms of trade operations similar to emptio venditio. Learning a foreign language means being in contact with a new environment of sounds compared to that of the mother tongue. The foreign language teacher must help learners to access these sounds both from a perception and a production point of view. The verbo-tonal method of phonetic correction designed in the 1960s-1970s by Professor Petar Guberina (University of Zagreb) provides teachers with tools to correct learners’ pronunciation. The aim of this article is to present some of the advantages of the VTM for phonetic correction, in particular with regard to prosody by showing how important this is for effective communication.
