Although it is objectively difficult to prepare a study on the relation- ships between Propertius’s elegies and the didactic poetry, a help- ful hint for the interpretation is given by the elegy 3, 5, in which the Umbrian poet expresses the desire to study, in his old age, the natu- ral phenomena, extending his study until the interpretation of the underworld. Bakalaura darba Nakts un rītausma Vergilija eposā Aineida mērķis ir izpētīt un novērtēt nakts un rītausmas laika apzīmējumu jēdzienisko nozīmi un lingvostilistisko izmantojumu Vergilija eposā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika aplūkotas gan antīko, gan mūsdienu teorētiķu atziņas par episkās dzejas iezīmēm, kā arī laika aspektu episkajā dzejā. Darba autors pētīja gan hronoloģiskus, gan metaforiskus nakts aprakstus. Pētot rītausmu, tika akcentēts gan leksēmas dies izmantojums saistībā ar rītausmu, gan Auroras atainojums. Bakalaura darba “Nāve Vergilija ‘’Eneīdā’’ ” būtība ir noskaidrot romiešu dzejnieka Vergīlija nāvi apzīmējošo leksiku, ar to saistīto semantiku, bet mērķis ir izpētīt, aprakstīt un salīdzinoši analizēt nāves leksiski semantiskos laukus Vergīlija Eneīdā. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts nozīmes jēdziens, galvenie semantikas jautājumi un leksiski semantiskā lauka teorija. Praktiskā daļa balstīta uz kontekstuālo analīzi. No piemērotajām 12 autora grāmatām, ir atrasti - nāves leksiski semantiskā lauka elementi – tiešā un pārnestā nozīmē lietoti vārdi, to savienojumi.
