The essay addresses the issue of the so called Internet Service Provider's Liability under artt. 12-14 dir. 00/31, with specific regard to the violations of copyright. The study aims at demonstrating that European Law on ISP is not a law on tort, but regulates a sphere of lawful action in favor of Internet Service Providers. The analysis of the Court of Justice's case-law reveals that the primary remedy against offenses committed on the internet is an injunction, while damages are only a secondary relief. In this paper, we present an efficient and rigorous method, based on the 3-D boundary integral-resonant-mode expansion technique, for the analysis of multiport rectangular waveguide junctions compensated with partial-height cylindrical metallic posts. The electrical performance of a great variety of commonly used wideband microwave circuits has been improved drastically thanks to the introduction of a new design parameter, i.e., the relative position of the metallic post in the structure. Lending-based crowdfunding (LBC), in the large and tumultuous galaxy of crowdfunding, is the least fully disciplined and maybe the most problematic sector. Regulation n. 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020, on European providers of crowdfunding services for businesses, gives now a definition and significantly detailed discipline of the LBC, alongside the more widely known and regulated figure of investment-based crowdfunding (IBC). The essay takes some notes on this new text, also in view of the task of national Legislators and Authorities of introducing a domestic discipline on the LBC, consistent with the new framework of harmonization at EU level.

This paper focuses on analysing the determinants of satisfaction (service quality, perceived value), as well as its possible influence on customer loyalty of freight forwarders to freight transport service providers (by road/maritime/air) in Spain. To this end, we propose a causal model tested using information from 205 freight forwarders collected through personal interviews. Aims: The aims of this study were to explore stakeholders’ expectations of municipal Healthy Life Centers (HLCs) in Norway, and to evaluate whether these expectations were compatible with current guidelines and recommendations.
