Peilaan jälkimodernin paikallisyhteisön piirteitä aktiivisista kylistä keräämääni aineistoon. Miten jälkimodernille paikallisyhteisölle ominaiset piirteet, kuten kommunikatiivisuus ja avoimuus niissä rakentuvat? Mitä haasteita ne tuovat tulevaisuuden kylätoiminnalle ja kylien kehittämiselle? Jälkimodernit paikallisyhteisöt eivät rakennu vastavoimana individualismille, vaan osana sitä. The acts of arbitration courts, operating in Opole district since 1835, constitute an interesting source for the research of Silesian everyday village life in the nineteenth and twentieth century. The author, after having presented a short outline of the institution and its legal functioning, concentrates on specific cases lodged to peacemakers. The everyday life situations in the protocols present the interpersonal conflicts, usually concerning unimportant things, not being included in the criminal case catalogue. International audience; La fouille du village gaulois d’Acy-Romance a livré plus de 200000 vestiges animaux, dont l’analyse est développée selon deux axes, celui de la chronologie, à savoir les deux derniers siècle avant notre ère, et celui de l’espace de la partie orientale du site. Différents critères sont considérés, comme la contribution relative des différentes espèces consommées, l’âge des animaux et le choix des parties. Des approches statistiques du contenu des dépotoirs livrent d’abord un classement des espèces, avec d’un côté le porc, le chien et le poisson qui s’opposent au bœuf et au cheval.
