El objetivo de este trabajo es conocer la opinión de las usuarias de una vivienda tutelada para mujeres, que han sufrido violencia o procesos de exclusión social, de los servicios sociales específicos de la Generalitat Valenciana. Para ello, se han analizado las respuestas de un cuestionario de satisfacción sobre el recurso, que se realizó a nueve mujeres acogidas y a la hija de una de ellas, durante los meses de febrero y mayo de 2014. Respecto a los resultados, destacan la rigidez de las normas y horarios, la poca flexibilidad de las profesionales, la pérdida de libertad e intimidad y el control al que están sometidas en todo momento, por lo que se sienten prisioneras. Recently, we reported on the development of low-cost ultraviolet (UV) cameras, based on the modification of sensors designed for the smartphone market. These units are built around modified Raspberry Pi cameras (PiCams; ≈USD 25), and usable system sensitivity was demonstrated in the UVA and UVB spectral regions, of relevance to a number of application areas. Here, we report on the first deployment of PiCam devices in one such field: UV remote sensing of sulphur dioxide emissions from volcanoes; such data provide important insights into magmatic processes and are applied in hazard assessments. This provides considerably higher temporal and spatial resolution volcanic gas emission rate data than available previously, enabling the volcanology community to investigate a range of far faster plume degassing processes than achievable hitherto. Volatiles carry crucial information on pre- to sin-eruptive processes at active volcanoes. Measurements of gas emission rates (crater plumes, fumaroles, diffuse soil degassing) therefore improve our understanding of degassing processes and subsurface magmatic and hydrothermal conditions, and contribute to eruption forecasting. Recent technological developments in spectroscopy have allowed, over the last 30 years, the remote sensing of magmatic volatile emissions from quiescent and erupting degassing volcanoes. The concept / institution of the Commissioner for Children ' 'Pare d'Òrfens' appears for the first time in Valencia with Law 12/2008 on Protection of Children and Adolescents. The purpose of this article is to inform readers of the existence of this concept / institution, analysing the regulatory development that has taken place and comparing its performance with other similar concepts/institutions existing in other Spanish regions, in order to critically assess the work done in recent years. To close the paper, we give a number of conclusions drawn after completing the research on this concept / institution, including several general recommendations in the form of constructive criticism.

Avioliitolla oli 1800-luvun maaseudulla monia merkityksiä sekä yksilöiden elämänkulussa että väestörakenteellisesti. Suomen historian pro gradu -tutkielmassani tarkastelen avioitumista ajallisena, sosiaalisena ja alueellisena ilmiönä 1800-luvun Suonenjoella. Ensisijaisena tutkimusaineistona käytän Suonenjoen seurakunnan vihittyjen luetteloita vuosilta 1800–1809 ja vuosilta 1870–1879. Tutkielmassani vertailen kahta eri vuosikymmentä ja tarkastelen 1800-luvun kuluessa tapahtuneita muutoksia avioitumiskäyttäytymisessä. Artikkelissa esittelemme kahden Adolf von Beckerin nimiin signeeratun Ateljeessa-teoksen tutkimusta taidehistorian, maalaustekniikan ja materiaalitutkimuksen näkökulmista. Samalla pyrimme tuomaan esiin mitä uutta moniammatillinen yhteistyö ja luonnontieteessä käytetyt menetelmät on tuoneet taideteosten tutkimukseen. Tutkimuksessa voitiin osoittaa, että toinen teoksista on alkuperäinen ja toinen on kopio siitä. Kopion maalaajaksi osoittautui Hilda Granstedt. Tutkimusmenetelminä käytettiin perinteisen arkistotutkimuksen lisäksi erilaisia sähkömagneettista säteilyä tallentavia kuvantamismenetelmiä, kuten röntgen-, ultravioletti- ja infrapunareflektiokuvausta, sekä materiaalianalyyttisiin menet…
