The Review summarizes much of particle physics and cosmology. Using data from previous editions, plus 2,143 new measurements from 709 papers, we list, evaluate, and average measured properties of gauge bosons and the recently discovered Higgs boson, leptons, quarks, mesons, and baryons. We summarize searches for hypothetical particles such as supersymmetric particles, heavy bosons, axions, dark photons, etc. Particle properties and search limits are listed in Summary Tables. Since the end of the 20th century, the inviolability of home is acknowledged as a fundamentalfreedom established by the Constitutional Council of French Republic and protected by the European convention of protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. This value is explained by its real object of protection : the resident of the home. This freedom forbids anyone's intrusions at the domicile against the resident´s will, particularly arbitrary intrusions of state servants. High-energy resummation effects in the production of Mueller-Navelet dijet at the LHC

We study the production of two forward jets with a large interval of rapidity at hadron colliders, which was proposed by Mueller and Navelet as a possible test of the high energy dynamics of QCD, within a complete next-to-leading logarithm framework. We show that using the Brodsky-Lepage-Mackenzie procedure to fix the renormalization scale leads to a very good description of the recent CMS data at the LHC for the azimuthal correlations of the jets. We show that the inclusion of next-to-leading order corrections to the jet vertex significantly reduces the importance of energy-momentum non-conservation which is inherent to the BFKL approach, for an asymmetric jet configuration. Throughout the last 20 years, the human rights perspective has increasingly developed into a paradigm against which to appraise and evaluate mental health care. This article investigates to what extent the Finnish open dialogue (OD) approach both aligns with human rights and may be qualified to strengthen compliance with human rights perspectives in global mental health care. Searches for lepton number violation and resonances in K± → πμμ decays

The NA48/2 experiment at CERN collected a large sample of charged kaon decays to final states with multiple charged particles in 2003–2004. A new upper limit on the rate of the lepton number violating decay K±→π∓μ±μ± is reported: B(K±→π∓μ±μ±)<8.6×10−11 at 90% CL. Searches for two-body resonances X in K±→πμμ decays (such as heavy neutral leptons N4 and inflatons χ ) are also presented. In the absence of signals, upper limits are set on the products of branching fractions B(K±→μ±N4)B(N4→πμ) and B(K±→π±X)B(X→μ+μ−) for ranges of assumed resonance masses and lifetimes. The limits are in the (10−11,10−9) range for resonance lifetimes below 100 ps.
X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy applied to the study of three sicilian painted artworks

This paper reports on three X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) studies of ancient Sicilian painted materials: a 13th century canvas from Cerami (Enna, Italy), the Muqarnas wood ceiling of the 12th century Palatine Chapel (Palermo, Italy) and a delicate early 20th century viola d’amore, the property of the Conservatorio di Musica “Vincenzo Bellini” in Palermo. Information about the pigments and preparation layer mixtures used as well as inferences regarding various past painting techniques emerged from the interpretation of spectra and data analyses.
