Desde 2015, un nuevo movimiento de derechos humanos lucha contra la violencia contra las mujeres:Ni una menos. Desde la perspectiva de los estudios culturales, existe un fuerte vinculo entre estas mujeres que luchan por la transformacion cultural y la duradera batalla contra el olvido llevada a cabo por el Movimiento Argentino de Derechos Humanos y, especialmente, por lasMadresy las Abuelasde PlazadeMayo. En el contexto del terrorismo de Estado y su literatura escrita por mujeres, esta contribucion refleja la metodologia para estudiar la literatura femenina de Argentina sobre la represion estataly tambien sobre el papel de las mujeres como agentes de transformacion social.

AbstractThe focus in this Finland-based study is on violence in close relationships—a term that partly overlaps with the more commonly used ‘domestic violence’, ‘family violence’ and ‘intimate partner violence’. We demonstrate how police officers’ conceptualisations of such violence differ from how it is defined in relevant legal documents. The data consists of the Government Bill and legal text on the subject issued as part of a legal reform enacted in 2010, and of a qualitative sample of freelist responses from 79 police officers. Recent legal changes in Spain have led to an important increase in the number of men court-mandated to community-based partner violence offender intervention programmes. However, just a few of those interventions have been systematically examined. This study aims to predict success indicators of an intervention programme for convicted intimate-partner violence offenders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of domestic violence on psychosocial well-being.Comparisons were made between the effects of psychological, physical and sexual abuse. Possible gender differences in the prevalence and effects of domestic violence were also taken into account.
