El propósito de este estudio es caracterizar una de las formas de violencia escolar asociada al fenómeno de las barras del fútbol. Este ha venido tomando fuerza en Colombia, especialmente en Bogotá y las grandes ciudades del país. Así lo evidencian diversos hechos sucedidos en los últimos años, relacionados con la participación de jóvenes hinchas de equipos de fútbol. AbstractFrom 1970, research into women’s responses to marital violence became much more intense than ever before. Academic literature emphasizes two explanatory perspectives: of the woman as passive victim and of the woman who uses strategies to protect herself. The main goals of this study were to explore the effectiveness of personal strategies that women use to survive violence, the factors that influence the recurrence of violence, and the demand for shelter and the role of shelters in the process of recovery and healing. According to the statistics, violence against women is quite common in Finland, particularly in partner relationships and in care work. The present article looks at the similarities in the ways in which victims of occupational violence in care work and victims of intimate partner violence understand their experiences of violence. The commonalities among interpersonal relations are highlighted in order to offer new insights to the analysis of gender in research on occupational violence. Abstract. The Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence caused heated discussion both in society and media in Latvia. The controversy was caused because Convention is based on the understanding that violence against women is a form of gender-based violence that is committed against women because they are women. AbstractViolence at school is considered to be an important issue in Spain, despite the fact that the majority of secondary education students reject it. Over the last decade awareness has been raised with regard to this problem. In this study we aim to analyze the perception of school violence held by two very different groups of secondary education students. A sample of young Muslims (n=88) and young Valencians (n=88) (aged between 12 and 18) has been used, all of whom live in the city of Valencia (Spain) and study in 12 secondary educational centers in the city. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt, vai pašnovērtētiem panikas simptomiem ir saistības ar bērnības vardarbības pieredzi un vai panikas simptomu izteiktību izskaidro uztvertā ģimenes psiholoģiskā vide. Pētījuma izlasi veidoja 81 pusaudzis, vecumā no 12 līdz 16 gadiem (M=14,9, SD=1,38), 60 meitenes un 21 zēns, kuri internetā anonīmi aizpildīja izveidoto aptauju. Pētījumā tika izmantota Ģimenes klimata skala (Family Environment Scale, FES), Bērnības vardarbības pieredzes aptauja (Childhood Abuse History Questionnaire (CAHQ) un Panikas traucējuma smaguma skala (Panic Disorder Severity Scale). Kopš 2014.gada 31.marta Latvijā ir iespējama vardarbībā cietušo personu aizsardzība civilprocesuālā kārtībā, kas ietver arī pagaidu aizsardzības pret vardarbību piemērošanu policejiskā kārtībā un bāriņtiesas ceļā.
