Through this work we carry out a dissertation on the phenomenon of economic violence, as a manifestation of gender violence, in the family context, and, especially, from the perspective of the divorce framework. We will analyze the harmful effects that it produces, the damage that it triggers on the most basic and essential interests of the family, and its use as a control mechanism by the aggressors. In addition to a vision of the different mechanisms that, enshrined in our legal system, serve to distort it.

The research presented in this chapter intended illustrating the practices im-plemented to foster inclusion of and support to migrants above all, female refugees/asylum seekers hosted by reception centres in Sicily . Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādas saistības pastāv starp partnera ekonomisko vardarbību un sievietes depresiju, trauksmi, stresu, un sociāli demogrāfiskiem rādītājiem – sievietes vecumu, bērnu skaitu, izglītības un ienākumu līmeni, un vai pastāv saistība starp ekonomisko vardarbību un fizisku, emocionālu un seksuālu vardarbību partnerattiecībās. Pētījumā piedalījās 92 respondenti – sievietes vecumā no 20 līdz 58 gadiem (M = 39,86; SD = 7,39), kas atrodas pastāvīgās partnerattiecībās.
