Maģistra darbā ir apskatīti dažādi rīki un to pieejas testpiemēru ģenerēšanai ar ieejas datu kopu. Darbā tiek apskatīts reāli praksē pielietojams rīks – IntelliTest, kā tas ģenerē testpiemērus dažādām funkcionāli vienkāršām programmām, kas ir iekļauts Visual Studio programmatūras izstrādes vidē. Līdzīgi ir apskatīts arī EvoSuite rīks, kas ir atvērtā koda testpiemēru ģenerēšanas rīks. Tiek apskatīti rīku ierobežojumi. Autors piedāvā idejas šo rīku uzlabojumiem, ņemot vērā to ģenerētās testpiemēru kopas kvalitāti, iegūtos rezultātus.

Objective Early response to eating disorders treatment is thought to predict a later favourable outcome. A systematic review of the literature and meta-analyses examined the robustness of this concept. Method The criteria used across studies to define early response were summarised following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. Diagnostic Test Accuracy methodology was used to estimate the size of the effect. Results Findings from 24 studies were synthesized and data from 14 studies were included in the meta-analysis. [EN] The use of anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR) technology on urban wastewater can help to alleviate droughts, by reusing the water and nutrients embedded in the effluent in agriculture (fertigation) in line with Circular Economy principles. The combination of AnMBR and fertigation reduces CO2 emissions due to the organic matter valorization and the partial avoidance of mineral fertilizer requirements. However, both AnMBR and fertigation still face technological and regulatory barriers that need to be overcome. Background: The improvement of fruit aroma is currently one of the most sought-after objectives in peach breeding programs. To better characterize and assess the genetic potential for increasing aroma quality by breeding, a quantity trait locus (QTL) analysis approach was carried out in an F-1 population segregating largely for fruit traits. Results: Linkage maps were constructed using the IPSC peach 9 K Infinium (R) II array, rendering dense genetic maps, except in the case of certain chromosomes, probably due to identity-by-descent of those chromosomes in the parental genotypes.
