An optic fibre method was used to measure in humans in vivo Achilles (ATF) and patellar tendon forces (PTF) during submaximal squat jumps (SJ) and counter movement jumps (CMJ). Normal two-legged jumps on a force plate and one-legged jumps on a sledge apparatus were made by four volunteers. Kinetics, kinematics, and muscle activity from seven muscles were recorded. The loading patterns of the tendomuscular system differed among the jumping conditions, but were similar when the jumping height was varied. Peak PTF were greater than ATF in each condition. The choice of computers been made according to a minimax: one chooses the most powerful computer in the less powerful category. We show here that, in a simple case, if one takes into account the time of equipment utilization, this rule can be given in cause. We study then a case more complicated including some technical parameters like the case of multiprocessor machine and including other human parameters like the intensity of task submission.

The objective of this study was to find out if national culture impacts the phenomenon of power as it is found in teacher-student communication at the University of Jyväskylä. The study is pertinent and relevant because of the increasingly rapid internationalization that is happening in the Finnish higher education system. We examine the power that is manifested between interviewers and interviewees in research interviews. Our empirical examples are drawn from interviews conducted with: (a) a vocational teacher; and (b) a senior researcher. We analysed the manifestations of power both in the course of the interviews and across interviews. We found that power is exercised and distributed diversely and situationally between the interview participants (interviewer and interviewee) during the interviews. Kiberpanka žanram ir raksturīgs advancētu tehnoloģiju izmantojums, anti-utopiska vide un cilvēka ķermeņa ierobežojumu pārsniegšana. Šis žanrs parasti saistīts ar vīriešiem raksturīgām lomām. Viljama Gibsona romāna Neiromants ir viens no šī žanra noteicošajiem darbiem. Šī darba mērķis ir salīdzināt vīrieša fantāzijas attēlojumu divos modernos kiberpanka darbos: Kiberpanks 2077 un Matrikss: Atdzimšana. Vīrieša fantāzija tekstā tiek definēta izmantojot trīs pazīmes: seksu, vardarbību un varu.Rezultāti apliecina, ka vīriešu fantāziju izplatība mūsdienu darbos ir palielinājusies. Šie darbi iekļauj dažādus elementus vēlmju piepildīšanai, kas paredzēti visiem dzimumiem.
