Getting married or entering into a partnership : the patrimonial issues of choice in french law

In French law, there are only two models of couples between which a choice is really possible to organize their patrimonial relationships: partnership or marriage. But, if the couple intends to organize a transfer of assets between companions both during the union and in case of death, it is definitely marriage that offers more possibilities than partnership. Often, young French couples, who do not wish to marry, either not at the begining of their relationship or not at all, have the idea that, if marriage organizes a legal protection of the couple, the partners have the possibility to provide conventionally equivalent protection. In fact, this idea is wrong.

Therefore, the sentence opts for a criterion of flexible interpretation of those rules, whose application will be subject to the objective entity of the property in question. An anaerobic, thermophilic bacterium belonging to the phylum Thermotogae was isolated from a rural, thermophilic biogas plant (54 degrees C) producing methane-rich biogas from maize silage, barley, cattle and pig manure. Here we report the first complete genome sequence of the Defluviitoga tunisiensis strain L3, an isolate from the family Thermotogaceae. The strain L3 encodes several genes predicted to be involved in utilization of a large diversity of complex carbohydrates including cellobiose and xylan for the production of acetate, hydrogen (H-2) and carbon dioxide (CO2). In the polychete Hydroides norvegica there are two opercula with different degrees of organization: one is completely developed and functional, the other, present only in rudimentary outline. The latter only begins to develop when the functional operculum is removed. It was observed that in the whole body of the Hydroides, but particularly in the functional operculum, there is a substance which inhibits the development of the rudimental operculum.
