Jednym z czynników wpływających na aktywność zawodową ludności są procesy migracyjne. Województwo opolskie jako region o długich tradycjach migracyjnych od lat charakteryzował się niską aktywnością zawodową kobiet. Na obszarach objętych intensywnymi migracjami zarobkowymi mężczyzn, bezrobocie kobiet było bardzo wysokie. Wynikało ono z jednej strony z niskiego udziału mężczyzn wśród ogółu bezrobotnych, a z drugiej – z celowego utrzymywania statusu osoby bezrobotnej przez kobiety, który gwarantował m.in. dostęp do świadczeń zdrowotnych. Zagraniczne migracje kobiet a problemy rodziny i małżeństwa

W artykule na podstawie badań jakościowych (wywiady, listy) i ilościowych przedstawiono refleksje i wspomnienia kobiet migrantek dotyczące ich rodzin i małżeństwa. Podejmując się analizy teoretycznej tych badań, wzięto pod uwagę teorię roli jako narzędzie do wyjaśniania zja-wisk. Teoria ta została zmodyfikowana poprzez dodanie innych, pozaludzkich (non-human) partne-rów roli, wobec których rola migrantki jest konstruowana i odgrywana. Lejla Kalamujić (bom 1980) is a Bosnian writer from Sarajevo and the author of two collections of stories: Anatomy of a Smile (2009) and Call me Esteban (2015). The paper presents the autobiographical stories collected in the second book, in which the most important theme is death, especially the premature death of a mother. The aim of the article is to show the motive of the loss of a mother. The writer uses first-person narration and the protagonist is a woman named Lejla, a type of alter ego for her. Who Dares to Wear Trousers? Adoption of a New Fashion by Finnish Women 1920–1980

Trousers have traditionally been men’s clothing that women have not been allowed to wear. In this article, I study the history of women’s wearing of trousers in the twentieth-century Finnish context by analysing women’s own memories and experiences of the trouser trend. My research material consists of written reminiscences, which I use, first, to reconstruct the social and cultural factors that framed women’s choices. Second, I approach their personal preferences and choices by analysing their narrative identities in the context of dress. La sobreemigració femenina i la masculinització són processos encara latents en gran part de la ruralitat espanyola. No obstant això, existeixen dones que mantenen o traslladen la seua residència a aquestes àrees. Així doncs, aquesta investigació tracta de caracteritzar les principals circumstàncies i patrons de vida que assumeixen i configuren les dones rurals.
