Technikum dla przodujących robotników w polskim systemie szkolnictwa zawodowego (1971-1982)

W okresie PRL-u z inicjatywy PZPR powstało w 1971 r. technikum dla przodujących robotników. Uchwała nr 124 Rady Ministrów z dnia 1 lipca 1971 r. dała robotnikom możliwość zdobycia kwalifikacji zawodowych i uzyskania świadectwa dojrzałości po dwuletnim okresie edukacji. Takich szkół powstało ponad 30 w skali całego kraju. Do placówek tych kierowano wyróżniających się aktywną postawą społeczno-zawodową robotników, absolwentów zasadniczych szkół zawodowych. Determinanty środowiskowe stanowią trzecią grupę czynników warunkujących bezpieczeństwo pracowników służb społecznych. Są istotnym dopełnieniem prezentowanej koncepcji triady determinant bezpieczeństwa. Obejmują następujące czynniki: środowisko rodzinne, środowisko zawodowe (pracy), postawy społeczne wobec służb społecznych, status społeczny i prestiż zawodowy, kulturę prawną oraz kulturę bezpieczeństwa. Katalog ten jest otwarty i elastyczny. Jego pojemność może zwiększać się w toku dyskursu prowadzonego wokół zagadnień bezpieczeństwa pracowników służb społecznych.

With the emergence of manufacturing based economies, specialised productions take on new dimensions during the Neolithic. Production networks progressively develop during the Neolithic and the Metal Ages and can be characterised according to their scale, how they are organised, the status of producers and the intensification of the trade of manufactured goods. Triada determinant bezpieczeństwa pracowników służb społecznych: determinanty osobowe

Bezpieczeństwo pracowników społecznych jest warunkowane odpowiednimi determinantami. Do podstawowych zalicza się determinanty systemowe, determinanty osobowe oraz determinanty środowiskowe. W grupie determinant osobowych wyróżnia się cztery zasadnicze czynniki warunkujące bezpieczeństwo pracowników służb społecznych. Są to w szczególności: pozytywna selekcja do zawodu, predyspozycje osobowościowe, przygotowanie merytoryczne i morale zawodowe. Katalog ten jest otwarty i może być uzupełniany w toku dyskursu poświęconego zagadnieniom bezpieczeństwa pracowników tej profesji.
Implementation and Outcomes of Lay Health Worker–led Self-management Interventions for Long-Term Conditions and Prevention: A Systematic Review

The aim of this study was to systematically review lay health worker (LHW)–led self-management interventions for adults with long-term conditions to see how the interventions have been implemented and to compose a synthesis of research findings, taking into consideration the intervention components that have been applied. We conducted systematic searches for articles published between January 2010 and December 2015 in five databases: Cochrane, MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and Web of Science. This article examines the labour market situation in the sector of information technology in Latvia, paying attention to the insufficiency of labour force due to the skills gap and employability of older workers. The article is based on application of multidisciplinary research methods including employment and skills analysis theories, policy analysis approach and qualitative in-depth open-ended stakeholders interview method. Pētījuma tēma ir par resursiem sociālajā darbā ar vardarbībā cietušajiem bērniem ģimenē koronavīrusa pandēmijas laikā. Pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt pieejamos resursus sociālajā darbā ar vardarbībā cietušiem bērniem ģimenēs koronavīrusa pandēmijas laikā. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, daļēji strukturētā intervija ar sociālajiem darbiniekiem. Iegūtie dati atklāj, kāda ir pandēmijas loma uz sociālo darbu, un kādi resursi ir pieejami novadā darbam ar bērniem kuri cietuši no vardarbības koronavīrusa pandēmijas laikā. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka pandēmijai ir liela loma attiecībā uz sociālo darbu ikdienā un resursu pieejamībā.
