Horyzontalny skutek bezpośredni obowiązku zawieszenia udzielania pomocy na podstawie art. 108 ust. 3 zd. 3 TFUE

2021

Niniejsza praca odnosi się do zagadnienia skutku bezpośredniego klauzuli zawieszenia (art. 108 ust. 108 ust. 3 zd. 3 TFUE. Praca odnosi się do stanu prawnego z 1.04.2021 r.

Great Minds Think Alike? Spatial Search Processes Can Be More Idiosyncratic When Guided by More Accurate Information.

2022

Existing research demonstrates that pre-decisional information sampling strategies are often stablewithin a given person while varying greatly across people. However, it remains largely unknown whatdrives these individual differences, that is, why in some circumstances we collect information moreidiosyncratically. In this brief report, we present a pre-registered online study of spatial search. Usinga novel technique that combines machine-learning dimension reduction and sequence alignment algo-rithms, we quantify the extent to which the shape and temporal properties of a search trajectory areidiosyncratic. We show that this metric increases (trajectories become more idiosyncratic) when a p…

The mediating role of behavioural automaticity and intention on past to future bootcamp attendance

2023

Objective The aim of the current study was to test whether behavioural automaticity and intention mediated the effects of past behaviour on a particular type of vigorous physical exercise: bootcamp attendance. Methods A community sample (N = 69) who had previously attended a bootcamp class was recruited from Queensland, Australia. Participants were asked to complete measures of their previous bootcamp attendance, behavioural automaticity, and intention to attend bootcamps (Time 1). One month later (Time 2), participants were asked to report their bootcamp attendance and behavioural automaticity in the previous month. Data were fitted to a Partial Least Squares-SEM model. Results Past behavi…

The influence of electron delocalization upon the stability and structure of potential N-heterocyclic carbene precursors with 1,3-diaryl-imidazolidin…

2010

Targeting N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) with increased π-acceptor character featuring N-fluorophenyl substituents, the molecular 2-chloro-1,3-bis(fluorophenyl)imidazolidine-4,5-diones (1a–c) were isolated from the condensation of the corresponding formamidine with oxalyl chloride. These formal adducts of NHCs with hydrogen chloride demonstrated reactivity akin to that of alkyl halides: 1,3,1′,3′-tetrakis(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-[2,2′]diimidazolidinyl-4,5,4′,5′-tetraone (2b) was formed via the reductive coupling of 1b, while 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-4,5-dioxoimidazolidin-2-yl acetate (3c) was formed as the result of a metathesis reaction with mercury(II) acetate. Chloride abstraction resu…

Observation of Poincaré-Andronov-Hopf Bifurcation in Cyclotron Maser Emission from a Magnetic Plasma Trap.

2018

We report the first experimental evidence of a controlled transition from the generation of periodic bursts of electromagnetic radiation into the continuous-wave regime of a cyclotron maser formed in magnetically confined nonequilibrium plasma. The kinetic cyclotron instability of the extraordinary wave of weakly inhomogeneous magnetized plasma is driven by the anisotropic electron population resulting from electron cyclotron plasma heating in a MHD-stable minimum-$B$ open magnetic trap.

Role for NK1 and NK2 receptors in the motor activity in mouse colon

2007

The present study examined the effects induced by endogenous and exogenous activation of NK(1) and NK(2) receptors on the mechanical activity of mouse proximal colon. Experiments were performed in vitro recording the changes in intraluminal pressure from isolated colonic segments. Electrical field stimulation in the presence of atropine and guanethidine produced a small relaxation, followed by nonadrenergic noncholinergic (NANC) contraction. SR140333, NK(1) receptor antagonist, or SR48968, NK(2) receptor antagonist, significantly reduced the contraction, although SR48968 appeared more efficacious. The co-administration of SR140333 and SR48968 virtually abolished the NANC contraction. [Sar(9…

Endotoxin inhibits gastric emptying in rats via a capsaicin-sensitive afferent pathway.

2001

The effects of endotoxin on gastric emptying of a solid nutrient meal and the neural mechanisms involved in such a response were investigated in conscious rats. The intraperitoneal (i.p.) administration of E. coli endotoxin (40 mug/kg) significantly reduced the 4-h rate of gastric emptying of a standard solid nutrient meal. Ablation of primary afferent neurons by systemic administration of high doses of capsaicin (20+30+50 mg/kg s.c.) to adult rats did not modify the rate of gastric emptying in control animals but prevented the delay in gastric transit induced by endotoxin. Local application of capsaicin to the vagus nerve rather than application of capsaicin to the celiac ganglion signific…

Acetylcholine via Muscarinic Receptors Inhibits Histamine Release from Human Isolated Bronchi

1997

Human bronchi were incubated in organ baths to measure histamine release. The calcium ionophore A23187 (10 mumol/L; 1 min) stimulated histamine release by 148 +/- 28% (n = 11) above the prestimulation level but was ineffective in epithelium-denuded bronchi. Neither bradykinin (0.1 mumol/L) nor compound 48/80 (10 micrograms/ml) triggered the release of histamine from epithelium-intact bronchi. Acetylcholine did not affect spontaneous histamine release (about 2 nmol/g x 5 min) but inhibited A23187-evoked histamine release in an atropine-sensitive manner. Already a concentration as low as 0.1 nmol/L acetylcholine was effective, the maximal inhibition (by 89%) occurred at 100 nmol/L, whereas a …

Receptor phosphorylation does not mediate cross talk between muscarinic M(3) and bradykinin B(2) receptors.

1999

This study examined cross talk between phospholipase C-coupled muscarinic M3and bradykinin B2receptors coexpressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. Agonists of either receptor enhanced phosphoinositide signaling (which rapidly desensitized) and caused protein kinase C (PKC)-independent, homologous receptor phosphorylation. Muscarinic M3but not bradykinin B2receptors were also phosphorylated after phorbol ester activation of PKC. Consistent with this, muscarinic M3receptors were phosphorylated in a PKC-dependent fashion after bradykinin B2receptor activation, but muscarinic M3receptor activation did not influence bradykinin B2receptor phosphorylation. Despite heterologous phosphorylatio…
