Dette er en oppsummering av kunnskap om pasientforløp for voksne personer med samtidig rusmiddellidelse og psykisk lidelse (ROP-lidelser). Den identifiserer og presenterer relevante faglige, juridiske og politiske dokumenter som regulerer og legger føringer for pasientforløp for denne pasientgruppen, og den inkluderer forsknings- og utviklingspublikasjoner som er utgitt i perioden 2008–2017, har empiri fra en norsk kontekst og er skrevet på et skandinavisk språk eller engelsk. Mental health research and practice is currently moving beyond a focus on group-level symptom reduction models. Hence, research and treatment increasingly emphasize the real-life individual needs of service users and their social networks. The objective of the paper is to investigate the state of the art in the research on Europeanization of public policies. In the first step it operationalizes the concept of Europeanization for the purpose of analyzing its influence on the public policies. Next, it overviews the methods in which this problem is researched in other EU member states and then consequently it applies this conclusions into the research concept. The article is illustrated with both quantitative data on the scope of the European legislation penetration in today’s Europe as well as qualitative exemplifications in the field of public health and environment in Poland.

W artykule przedstawiono doświadczenia z realizacji Programu Promocji Bezpieczeństwa Cyfrowego w szkołach na terenie Opola. Prezentowany program został oparty na idei profilaktyki pozytywnej, stanowiąc pionierską próbę zaadaptowania koncepcji pozytywnego rozwoju przez organizację pozarządową. Prezentowany tekst zawiera opis, przebieg oraz refleksje wynikające z doświadczeń realizatorów działania. Artykuł zakończony jest implikacjami praktycznymi dla realizatorów podobnych przedsięwzięć w środowisku lokalnym.
