Tarkoitus ja kohde: Tutkimuksen tarkoitus oli tarkastella hoidon laatua ja hoitohenkilökunnan työhyvinvointia tehostetun palveluasumisen yksiköissä. Lisäksi tarkasteltiin hoidon laadun ja hoitohenkilökunnan työhyvinvoinnin välisiä yhteyksiä.
