Tämä artikkeli kertoo Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulussa vuonna 2013 toteutetusta pilottiprojektista, jossa autettiin pientä satakuntalaista yritystä osallistumaan kansainvälisille elintarvikealan Anuga 2013 -messuille Kölnissä. Projektia ohjasi kaksi lehtoria ja siihen osallistui kolme opiskelijaa liiketalouden ja matkailun koulutusohjelmista. Jaettu opettajuus : samanaikaisopettajuus opettajien kokemana

Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin monimenetelmäisellä tutkimusotteella, miten kyselyyn vastanneet opettajat määrittelevät ja kokevat samanaikaisopetuksen työssään sekä mitä heidän mielestään ovat samanaikaisopettajuuden hyödyt ja hyötyjät. Lisäksi selvitettiin opettajien työkokemuksen merkitsevyyttä samanaikaisopettajuuden toimintamallien kuvailuun ja heidän kokemustensa laatuun. Tutkimus toteutettiin lukuvuoden 2015-2016 aikana, kun mm. samanaikaisopettajuuteen ja laaja-alaisen erityisopettajan asiantuntijuuteen kannustavan oppimisen ja koulunkäynnin kolmiportaisen tuen ohjeistus oli ollut käytössä kouluissa viiden vuoden ajan. Understanding teachers’ mental models of collaboration to enhance the learning community

This study examined representations of Finnish basic education teachers’ mental models of collaboration to reveal the background features that enable or hinder changes in a school community and teacher collaboration. In this case study, we explored 41 teachers’ mental models of collaboration in a one-school community to identify and understand the features that enhance or challenge collaboration. The findings raise the question of how collaboration can support a school’s transition to a unified comprehensive school, when teachers are accustomed to working alone with a strong sense of autonomy and diverse mental models of collaboration. Principals’ perceptions about collective competences in shared leadership contexts

This article aims to understand how principals perceive collective competences in their schools’ shared leadership contexts. Collective competences are crucial in shared leadership but have not been widely explored within educational leadership studies. This study investigates collective competences through two intersected models: attribute and relational models. The data comprise interviews conducted with 12 Finnish principals in comprehensive and secondary schools who practiced shared modes of leadership.
