Bakalaura darba „Skautu kustība Latvijā un tās reprezentācija drukātajos medijos (1990.-2015. gads) mērķis ir analizēt to, kā tiek reprezentēta skautu kustība drukātajos medijos laika posmā no 1990. līdz 2015. gadam, tiek vērtēts tas, kādas nozīmes piešķir skautiem un gaidām šajos laika posmos. Dabā ir izmantota reprezentācijas un rāmējuma teorija. Pētījuma metodes ir kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze, rāmējums un tā analīze, kā arī daļēji strukturētā intervija. Quantifying residential PV feed-in power in low voltage grids based on satellite-derived irradiance data with application to power flow calculations

AbstractA scheme using satellite-derived irradiance measurements to model the feed-in power of residential photovoltaic (PV) systems in a low voltage distribution grid is described. It is validated against smart meter measurements from a test site with 12 residential PV systems in the city of Ulm, Germany, during May 2013 to December 2014. The PV feed-in power is simulated in a 15-min time resolution based on irradiance data derived from Meteosat Second Generation satellite images by the physically based retrieval scheme Heliosat-4. Response of yeast cells to high glucose involves molecular and physiological differences when compared to other osmostress conditions.

Yeast cells can be affected by several causes of osmotic stress, such as high salt, sorbitol or glucose concentrations. The last condition is particularly interesting during natural processes where this microorganism participates. Response to osmostress requires the HOG (High Osmolarity Glycerol) pathway and several transcription factors, including Hot1, which plays a key role in high glucose concentrations. In this work, we describe how the yeast response to osmotic stress shows differences in accordance with the stress agent responsible for it.
