Do najgroźniejszych z nich należy zachodnia kukurydziana stonka korzeniowa Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte, która z powodu specyficznego sposobu żerowania powoduje bardzo duże straty plonu. Do 6 lutego 2014 roku stonka posiadała status organizmu kwarantannowego i inwazyjnego na terenie całej Unii Europejskiej, w tym także w Polsce. Ocenę zagrożenia upraw przez szkodnika, przeprowadzono w latach 2012-2013 na obszarze dwóch miejscowości Zopowy i Lubotyń (gminy Głubczyce i Kietrz), a następnie porównano je z badaniami monitoringowymi prowadzonymi przez Państwową Inspekcję Ochrony Roślin …
A bioluminescence technique for quantitative and structure-associated imaging of pyruvate

A novel bioluminescence assay has been developed for measuring pyruvate within sections of snap-frozen tissue in a quantitative manner as well as with a spatial resolution on a microscopical level. The assay was verified via HPLC and two independent photometric tests. The novel assay makes it possible to determine pyruvate concentrations in cryosections in the range of 0-5.0 micromol/g tissue (dry weight). Based on the analysis of samples of given pyruvate concentrations, the assay exhibits a recovery with a deviationor =15%. Digital competence belongs to the competences that were recommended by the European Parliament in 2006 as a part of the students' training in citizenship. However, it is perceived that students of classical languages could face bigger disadvantage just because of the type of studies they chose to undertake. The aim of the present research is to retread the didactic and pedagogical proposal of Aldo Capitini regarding the teaching of religion. He is the founder of Non-violent Italian Movement and proposes a new religion inspired by the vision of the India Master Mahatma Gandhi. Abstract The reactions between 2- and 3-nitrobenzothiophenes with three dienes of different nucleophilicity, 1-methoxy-3-trimethylsilyloxy-1,3-butadiene, 1-trimethylsilyloxy-1,3-butadiene and isoprene developed in anhydrous benzene and alternative under microwave irradiation with molecular solvents or in free solvent conditions, respectively, for produce dibenzothiophenes permit to conclude that both nitroheterocycles act as electrophile with the cited dienes. In the cases of the dienes 1-methoxy-3-trimethylsilyloxy-1,3-butadiene and 1-trimethylsilyloxy-1,3-butadiene which posses major nucleophilicity the observed product is the normal cycloaddition one.
