The inequality in access to cyberspace due to age at the beginning of the twenty-first century was followed by an economic crisis that intensified many socio-labor dynamics. Through a contextualization with INE data and a qualitative sample, the following work tries to capture the attitudes about ICT related to their previous labor trajectories on those over 45 years of age; and, on the other hand, its introduction to cyberspace from work as a conditioner in the perception of crisis, the maintenance of employment or their way out to retirement.

Narodowe Centrum Nauki we wrześniu 2018 r. zadeklarowało udział w realizacji Planu S, który przewiduje, że od 1 stycznia 2020 r. wszystkie publikacje naukowe powstałe z udziałem finansowania ze środków publicznych muszą być publikowane w czasopismach Open Access lub na platformach Open Access. Na Uniwersytecie Opolskim trwały już wtedy prace nad uruchomieniem platformy, która zapewniłaby otwarty dostęp do uczelnianych czasopism naukowych. As a non-metallic composite material, widely applied in industry, rigid polyurethane (PUR) foams require knowledge of their dielectric properties. In experimental determination of PUR foams’ dielectric properties protection of one-side capacitive sensor’s active area from adverse effects caused by the PUR foams’ test objects has to be ensured. Nel caso Beuze c. Belgio i giudici di Strasburgo, pur riconoscendo la violazione dell’art. 6 §§ 1 e 3 lett. c) CEDU, sembrano allontanarsi dalla dottrina Salduz e sembrano volere sminuire il significato interpretativo della Direttiva 2013/48/UE e delle fonti dell’Unione europea sulle garanzie difensive. Referring to the case of Beuze v. Belgium, the judges in Strasbourg appear to be distancing themselves from the Salduz doctrine, whilst recognising the violation of Ar ticle 6, §§ 1 and 3 c) of ECHR. Thus they appear to diminish the interpretation of the EU 2013/48 Directive and other legal sources from the European Union concerning the right of defence.

Digital Documenting Practices : Collaborative Writing in Workplace Training

The present article examines collaborative writing in organizational consulting and training, where writing takes place as part of a group discussion assignment and is carried out by using digital writing technologies. In the training, the groups use digital tablets as their writing device in order to document their answers in the shared digital platform.
