The personal decision about the professional future of the minor, constitutes an aspect of the development of his free personality, and, like every decision that affects him, it must be adopted considering the principle of the best interests of the child. The parents, in the exercise of parental authority, have the legal representation of their minor children, except for the acts related to the personality rights, which can be carried out by the minor child himself if he is mature enough. When personality rights and economic rights converge, it is necessary to determine the role the parents play, which in the end will always have to be the protection and respect for their children?s rights.

Online discussions are rife with fear-evoking images and meaning making that highlight a perceived threat to the security of European nations and their inhabitants posed by migrants’ violence in the wake of increased immigration. This paper examines the role of emotions in shaping anti-immigration views as a response to the threat of violence attached to migrants in online conversations. The Second World War has proved a rich source of inspiration for fiction films worldwide. The Finnish fiction film The Midwife (Kätilö, Antti J. Jokinen, 2015) is aimed at an international audience with a story that takes place in the context of the Lapland War in Finland in 1944. The film tells of a romantic relationship between a local woman and a member of the German army, in a highly affective manner. Love is often considered a positive emotion and an ethical relationship between people. The representations of love in contemporary culture usually emphasise its beneficial, even empowering effects. ABSTRACT: Allegorical and emblematic images do not appear exclusively in visual literature: Genres such as the Italian or the Italian-inspired Counter-Reformation oratorios, cantatas and sacred or moral operas often contain images quite similar in form and function to those published in the Seventeenth and early Eighteenth-century European collections of emblems. However, some universities adapted online education, allowing students to carry out their activities without being infected by the virus. The aim of this study was to find out the impact of the pandemic on physical activity levels and the positive and negative effects on Chilean university athletes. Greek tradition links the death of regent Pausanias of Sparta with ghosts. In this paper, we focus on the well-known episode that revolves around Pausanias himself and a Byzantine maiden and is transmitted by Aristodemus, Plutarch and Pausanias Periegetes. The multiplicity of versions demands a comparative analysis, which we carry out taking into account the three spaces where the narrative action takes place (civic, intimate and ritual spaces). Results indicate a concordance between Plutarch and Pausanias Periegetes, as well as a dissonance between them and Aristodemus. This article tackles the question of the 'intime' by thinking about the modelling of the passions in the space of pastoral novel, Honore d'Urfe's L'Astrée. It studies the ways by which this space forms both an inner and an interior space for an affective and moral community. Thus it questions the relationship between the shepherd's body of passions and the pastorale setting-up of a collective corporate "body". This relationship must be understood in the context of the politico-religious issues from the end of the sixteenth to the beginning of the seventeenth century.
