Real-time pricing for aggregates energy resources in the Italian energy market

Abstract Over the last decade, the architecture of the energy market has radically changed. In many countries end-users are now able to directly access the market, which has given rise to the question of how they can actively participate in that market. End-users can comprise a critical mass through aggregation that is carried out by a third party – to wit the “loads aggregator.” This paper proposes a new framework for generating feasible real-time price curves for those end-users in a demand-response management process. Analisys on the feasibility to modulate lighting systems load: the case study of Palermo

The feasibility to shift and/or modulating the loads that characterize buildings can be useful to improve the performance of smart grids. As known, it is not possible to shift in the time the operating time of the lighting system, but it is possible to modulate the needed electric power. In this paper, the first set of data and a preliminary analysis conducted in the Solarlab of the University of Palermo are presented. Au sein du vaste champ de recherche qu’est l’alimentation, les légumes et les représentations qu'en ont les mangeurs ont été délaissés malgré la place importante qu'ils occupent dans les discours officiels depuis la mise en place en 2001 du PNNS. Dans un contexte de stagnation de leur consommation, il semble judicieux de tenter de comprendre quels en sont les freins.
