Ettore Gabrici, who first excavated the structure located in the northwest corner of Solunto’s agora in 1920-21, identified the remains as part of a thermal bath, despite missing some of the key elements which usually characterize this type of buildings (hypocaust, praefurnium, heating pipes). After the re-examination of the architectural elements, this paper suggests a different interpretation which takes into account archaeological evidences from the broader Mediterranean context (especially from Sicily and the Punic world). Cuadernos de Agora (1956-1964) was a post-war magazine directed by the poet Concha Lagos. His short story (nearly eight years) was characterized by the independent and participatory spirit, also tended bridges to other magazines outside the Spanish territory, both in Europe and in Latin America. This text present one summary of poetic relationship between Spain and Latin America from the perspective of Cuadernos de Agora.

Masteroppgave matematikkdidaktikk – Universitetet i Agder 2016 This text answers two research questions. The first research question is about how three different textbooks for grade 10 presents the Pythagorean theorem through different representations. These representations are geometric, algebraic and textual. The textbooks are Tetra, Faktor and Maximum. The precision of individual representations and the precision between representations is studied. The chronology in the presentation of the representations has also been studied.
