Jednocześnie praca ta stanowi glosę do obecnie najnowszej wypowiedzi TSUE w tym przedmiocie, czyli do wyroku z dnia 16 marca 2021 r. w sprawie C-562/19 P Komisja Europejska v. Rzeczpospolita Polska2 (podatek od sprzedaży detalicznej), wraz z omówieniem dotychczasowego dorobku orzecznictwa. Artykuł odnosi się do stanu prawa i orzecznictwa na dzień 31 marca 2021 r.

Maģistra darbs “Ģeoradara izmantošana asfaltbetona segas porainības noteikšanā” veltīts radiolokācijas metodikas attīstīšanai asfaltbetona porainības un biezuma pētīšanai ar ģeoradaru. Līdzšinējos pētījumos maz uzmanība pievērsta ceļu būvē izmantoto materiālu elektromagnētiskajām īpašībām, kas sarežģī ģeoradara pielietošanu ceļa veidojošo kārtu biezuma un porainības mērījumos. Minētais nosaka pētījuma aktualitāti. Pētījumā tiek sniegts pētījumu teorijas apraksts, izmantoto radiolokācijas un ģeoloģisko pētījumu, laboratorijas analīžu, radiolokācijas ierakstu apraksts un to interpretācija. As children’s actual aquatic skills are important for the prevention of drowning as well as their engagement in lifelong aquatic physical activity, researchers and practitioners should be able to assess this vital concept accurately and reliably. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the inter-rater and intra-rater reliability of the Actual Aquatic Skills Test (AAST), consisting of 17 different test items for the assessment of young children’s motor competence in the water. The adoption of wearable technology in competitive sports can be an advantage to performance and training. Athletes who use personalised data to quantify their performances with the possibilities of sharing with others may use wearables to reinforce the athletic identity.
