L'objet de cette recherche appliquée est de découvrir les aspirations et les pratiques relatives à la consommation d'énergie. Ces attentes en matière de service énergétique ont été appréhendées à travers la méthode des chaînages cognitifs et déterminées grace à une technique originale de traitement des données : l'analyse réseau. La conclusion dresse le bilan de cette étude, ses apports et limites respectives et dégage un certain nombre de voies de recherche futures.

The initial stages of Metalorganic Chemical Vapour Deposition (MOCVD) of TiO2 thin films on Si(100) were studied in situ by surface analyses (XPS, ARXPS, AES). An original experimental set-up was built for this purpose and developed. Information obtained from these in situ experiments was completed by ex situ characterisations (HRTEM, SIMS, GIXRD...).The formation of an interfacial SiOy<2 layer resulting of the interaction of the precursor Ti(OCH(CH3)2)4 with the substrate takes place before the formation of stoichiometric TiO2 and leads to the presence of carbon at the interface. Even though, BIM and GIS are two different technologies (e.g. standards, data format), and used for distinctive situations/objectives they are complementary. As a result, we have noticed an increase association between Building Information Model (BIM) and Geographic Information System (GIS) in construction projects for multiple use cases. Where on one hand, BIM represents detailed geometric and semantic information through building life cycle, while GIS covers geo-visualization, decision making and geospatial modelling. In this article, we are going to present an analytic review (approaches, advantages and limits) and discussion of previous studies that tackle BIM and GIS incorporation.
