Hengellisyyden merkitys päihdeongelmasta toipumiselle

Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan hengellisyyden merkitystä päihdeongelmasta toipumiselle. Tutkimuksen keskeisiä käsitteitä ovat päihdeongelma, päihdeongelmasta toipuminen sekä hengellisyys. Tutkimuksen teoreettisessa viitekehyksessä avataan näitä käsitteitä sekä pohditaan aiemman tutkimuksen valossa päihdeongelmasta toipumisen ja hengellisyyden yhteyttä. Keskeisiä suomalaisia tutkijoita, joiden tutkimuksia tämän tutkimuksen tekemisessä on hyödynnetty, ovat Jorma Niemelä ja Katja Kuusisto. X-ray microtomography and laser ablation in the analysis of ink distribution in coated paper

A novel method was developed for studying the ink-paper interface and the structural variations of a deposited layer of ink. Combining high-resolution x-ray tomography with laser ablation, the depth profile of ink (toner), i.e., its varying thickness, could be determined in a paper substrate. X-ray tomography was used to produce the 3D structure of paper with about 1 lm spatial resolution. Laser ablation combined with optical imaging was used to produce the 3D structure of the printed layer of ink on top of that paper with about 70 nm depth resolution. Tämän pro gradu –tutkielman tarkoitus oli selvittää, millaisia ravintoon ja fyysiseen harjoitteluun liittyviä teemoja hyvinvointiblogeista nousee esille ja minkälaisia blogin kirjoittajien eli bloggaajien antamat ohjeet ravinnosta ja harjoittelusta ovat suhteessa tämänhetkisiin suosituksiin ja kirjallisuuteen. Tutkimuksen aineisto koostui kolmen suositun bloggaajan kirjoittamista blogiteksteistä kuukauden ajalta (syyskuu 2015). 1. Organisms at the base of aquatic food webs synthesize essential nutrients, such as omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFA), which are transferred to consumers at higher trophic levels. Many consumers, requiring n-3 long-chain (LC) PUFA, such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), have limited ability to biosynthesize them from the essential dietary precursor α-linolenic acid (ALA) and thus rely on dietary provision of LC-PUFA. 2.
