Syyskuisena perjantaina vuonna 2010 matkapuhelinyhtiö Nokia ilmoitti, että toimitusjohtaja Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo saa potkut ja hänen tilalleen nimitetään kanadalainen Stephen Elop. Abstract The article investigates the question of the experiential location of the area of play, comparing the accounts of Eugen Fink and Donald Winnicott. It argues that while Fink builds on the phenomenological distinction between subjective phantasy and external perception, and accordingly introduces the area of play as a hybrid realm, a peculiar combination of the two, Winnicott considers the area of play as something that underlies and developmentally precedes the experiential differentiation between phantasy and external reality. The capacity to relax and letting one's mind wander is one of the cornerstones of psychoanalysis. In cases where this capacity seems hindered, the reasons are characteristically sought from particular and specific inhibitions: what is thereby taken to be interfered is not the capacity of relaxation but only the activation of this capacity in a particular regard. In contrast to this mainstream way of thinking, Winnicott argues that the capacity for mental relaxation is a developmental achievement and presupposes a safe sense of integration. Optimal Heating of an Indoor Swimming Pool

This work presents the derivation of a model for the heating process of the air of a glass dome, where an indoor swimming pool is located in the bottom of the dome. The problem can be reduced from a three dimensional to a two dimensional one. The main goal is the formulation of a proper optimization problem for computing the optimal heating of the air after a given time. For that, the model of the heating process as a partial differential equation is formulated as well as the optimization problem subject to the time-dependent partial differential equation. Measuring pre-service teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education: Psychometric properties of the TAIS scale

The Teachers’ Attitudes towards Inclusive Education (TAIS) scale was designed to measure pre-service teachers’ attitudes towards inclusion, as defined in the Salamanca Statement of UNESCO. The 10-item scale was developed using a sample of 185 final-year pre-service subject teachers. It was validated in four subsequent studies with various samples of teachers and pre-service teachers. The unidimensionality of the scale was established in all samples except the first-year students, and its validity was confirmed in psychometric analyses. Tämän gradun tarkoituksena on käsiteanalyysin avulla hahmottaa tärkeimpiä omaisuuksia tietoturvatietoisuudesta ja tavoista levittää sitä, tutustua niihin tarkemmin, ja muodostaa näistä perusteltuja ja käyttäjille olennaisia kysymyksiä joilla selvittää käyttäjän tietoturvatietoisuutta. Aiheen tarkempi läpikäynti on tärkeää, sillä aiemmissa tutkimuksissa on havaittu, että käyttäjät kertovat noudattavansa tietoturvapolitiikoita, vaikka tarkemmin tutkittaessa eivät tienneet tai ymmärtäneet tietoturvapolitiikoiden sisältöä.
