Humans are able to synchronize with musical events whilst coordinating their movements with others. Interpersonal entrainment phenomena, such as dance, involve multiple body parts and movement directions. Along with being multidimensional, dance movement interaction is plurifrequential, since it can occur at different frequencies simultaneously. Moreover, it is prone to nonstationarity, due to, for instance, displacements around the dance floor. The compositions of asteroids are of interest for the planetary sciences, mining, and planetary defense. The main method for evaluating these compositions is reflectance spectroscopy. Spectroscopic measurements performed from Earth can not resolve how different materials are distributed on the asteroids, making flyby-- and rendezvous missions necessary for obtaining detailed information. Using the CubeSat platform could reduce the costs of these missions, but it also sets constraints on the payload mass and volume. The main aim of this thesis is to examine the consequences of the 2007 financial crisis for family and non-family businesses and identify and understand what makes businesses sustainable and profitable even during bad macro-economic conditions. In Nordic countries, intimate relationships are routinely compared against ideals of gender equality, even though equality is not always achieved in everyday life. In this article, we analyse interviews with women that lived in unconventional relationships: mid- to later-life women in relationships with younger men, and bisexual women who have had relationships with people of different genders. The women’s expectations of equality and reciprocity in heterosexual relationships collided with the lived reality of inequalities, causing affective dissonance. Poggio Bracciolini’s last work, the Historiae Florentini populi, was edited and dedicated to Federico di Montefeltro by Jacopo di Poggio in 1472. Jacopo also translated the work into the volgare and had it printed in Venice in 1476. In the light of the manuscript tradition, Jacopo’s editorial changes were more considerable than has hitherto been thought. The propagation of his edition and translation would seem to be intimately connected with his political aspirations ending in his unfortunate participation in the Pazzi conspiracy of 1478. peerReviewed

Tämän tutkimuksen fokus on hyvässä ja huonossa johtajuudessa suomalaisessa pankkiorganisaatiossa. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on etsiä hyvän ja huonon johtajuuteen tekijöitä organisaation kolmella eri tasolla: ylimmässä johdossa, keskijohdossa ja alimmalla tasolla. Lisäksi tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, löytyykö organisaation eri tasoilla eroja tai yhtäläisyyksiä näkemyksistä hyvästä ja huonosta johtajuudesta. Resonance laser ionization developments for IGISOL-4

The work presented in this thesis concentrates on the development of the FURIOS laser ion source towards e cient and selective production of low energy radioactive ion beams. This includes design and development of the ion guide and hot cavity catcher systems for laser ion source use, and the development of in-source and in-jet laser spectroscopy techniques. The work has been carried out at the IGISOL facility in the Accelerator laboratory of the University of Jyväskylä. The FURIOS facility was upgraded and developed during the move to the IGISOL-4 facility.
