Treść artykułu dotyczy problematyki regulacji przestępstwa obcowania płciowego z małoletnim z art. 200 § 1 Kodeksu karnego. W tym zakresie stwierdzono pewną niepełność w aktualnej regulacji, identyfikując ją oraz podając rozwiązanie w postaci propozycji, tj. znowelizowania art. 200 k.k. przez dodanie do niego § 2, który opisywałby to przestępstwo w ramach quasi-typu uprzywilejowanego jako wypadek mniejszej wagi. Members of the Rab GTPase family are master regulators of vesicle trafficking. When disregulated, they are associated with a number of pathological states. The inhibition of RGGT, an enzyme responsible for post-translational geranylgeranylation of Rab GTPases represents one way to control the activity of these proteins. Because the number of molecules modulating RGGT is limited, we combined molecular modeling with biological assays to ascertain how modifications of phosphonocarboxylates, the first reported RGGT inhibitors, rationally improve understanding of their structure–activity relationship. <p style="text-align: justify;">Des essais de débourbage en vinification en blanc, réalisés de 1988 à 1992, mettent en évidence le rôle important joué par la teneur en macromolécules solubles dans le moût de raisin. Les moûts de faible turbidité conduisent en effet à des fermentations alcooliques lentes en relation avec de faibles populations levuriennes. Il est également confirmé que la libération de polysaccharides exocellulaires par les levures au cours de la fermentation alcoolique est d'autant plus élevée que le moût de départ a été fortement appauvri en colloïdes de raisin. Społeczna odpowiedzialność w strategii przedsiębiorstw sektora TSL notowanych na FWB i GPW

Celem artykułu jest ocena wdrożenia koncepcji społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu w strategii w wybranych przedsiębiorstwach sektora TSL oraz wskazanie na jedno z kluczowych wyzwań, jakim jest efektywna prezentacja polityki CSR. Badaniem objęto 7 spółek notowanych na FWB oraz 5 spółek notowanych na GPW. W badaniu zastosowano metodę dedukcyjną, wspomaganą studiami literatury, oraz metodę porównawczą. Przedstawiono obszary działań społecznie odpowiedzialnych podejmowanych przez wybrane spółki oraz oceniono zasięg ich komunikowania.
