Comparaison Balanced Scorecard - Navigator

Cet article a pour objectif de décrire et de comparer deux modèles de tableaux de bord stratégique : le modèle Anglo-Saxon, connu sous le nom de Balanced Scorecard et le modèle Scandinave, dont l'application la plus connue a été développé au sein de l'entreprise Skandia sous le nom de Navigator.

Cet article a pour objectif de présenter et d'analyser les tableaux de bord du capital intellectuel qui constituent un modèle alternatif au Balanced Scorecard. Dans une première partie, nous retraçons les origines et les fondements des tableaux de bord du capital intellectuel. Puis dans une seconde partie, nous décrivons les différentes façons d'appréhender le capital intellectuel pour dans une troisième partie analyser des exemples de tableaux de bord du capital intellectuel.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease considered a leading cause of functional disability. Its treatment is based on a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, but the role of these latter is still debated. This overview of systematic reviews aimed at evaluating the short-term efficacy of different thermal modalities in patients with osteoarthritis. We searched PubMed, Scopus, CINHAL, Web of Science, ProQuest and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews from inception until October 2020, with no language restrictions. Abstract Objective To determine whether the addition of spa therapy to home exercises provides any benefit over exercises and the usual treatment alone in the management of generalised osteoarthritis associated with knee osteoarthritis. Methods This study was a post-hoc subgroup analysis of our randomised multicentre trial ( www.clinicaltrial.gov : NCT00348777 ). Theoretical Old-Age Pension Benefits and Replacement Rates in the Baltic States: A Retrospective Simulation

Abstract The author presents a comparative analysis of old-age pension systems in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania using a method of retrospective simulation run on a self-developed model. The model baseline case is a person retiring in December 2014 after 40 years of service with nationwide average salary. Other cases include low and high-earners, funded schemes participants and simulations for modified notional capital valorisation formulae. Three study countries return very dissimilar results, which is caused by differences in their pension systems’ designs. Objective: The objective of the paper is to identify how the concept of sustainability is understood and ensured in the pension systems of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania; and what implications it brings to the performance of pension schemes. Research Design & Methods: Analysis of various conceptual and methodological approaches to the notion of sustainability of pension systems.
